Hello and welcome to my website! I'm a psychologist registered in both British Columbia (CPBC #2315) and Saskatchewan (SKCP #1243). I provide therapy/counselling and assessment services primarily for anxiety, mood, and stress management. While I'm based in the Vancouver area, I can provide virtual services (i.e., via Zoom) to individuals in BC and SK (note: I am only providing virtual services at this time).  I understand that it can be challenging to reach out for help, so I try to make the process as straightforward and simple as I can.
